Xtreme Return & Exchange Policy


We will accept the exchange of product(s) within ten (10) days of receiving your order under the circumstances that product(s) are unopened, unused, and have not been tampered with in any such way or form.


  • Please make sure to inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • We reserves the right to refuse any exchanges past the 10-day reception policy.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. Client is responsible for any and all shipping fees related to their exchange. We do not provide refunds for products.

Regular Exchanges

In the case that you wish to exchange product(s), the client is responsible to absorb the cost of shipping the item back to Head Office. Once item(s) are received and inspected thoroughly, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Experience Specialists.

  • Send an email to [email protected] advising us that you wish to exchange a product(s) for a different one(s) or a different color.
  • A customer care specialist will contact you


Defective or damaged items

Our Quality Control Department inspects all items thoroughly prior to shipping. If you have received product(s) that you believe are defective or damaged, please be sure to call 1.877.281.8484 or email [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your order.

Training deposits are non-refundable due to the limited number of available seats in our training programs. Training deposits secure your seat on the chosen training date. You must advise us 10 business days prior to the training date if postponing or rescheduling your training is required. Failure to do so will result in a $150 reschedule fee that will automatically be applied to your training balance.
The contents of our Training Kits are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Following the reception of the training kit and attending the training program, the sale is final and non-refundable.
