Xtreme Return & Exchange Policy


PRODUCTS


Xtreme Lashes Canada will accept the exchange of product(s) within ten (10) days of receiving your order under the circumstances that product(s) are unopened, unused, and have not been tampered with in any such way or form.

  • Please make sure to inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
    *Xtreme Lashes Canada reserves the right to refuse any exchanges past the 10-day reception policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Client is responsible for any and all shipping fees related to their return and/or exchange. Xtreme Lashes Canada does not provide refunds for products.

Regular Exchanges

In the case that you wish to exchange products(s), the client is responsible to absorb the cost of return shipping back to Head Office. Once we receive the returned product(s) and have inspected thoroughly, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Care specialists.

Defective or damaged items

Our Quality Control Department inspects all items thoroughly prior to shipping. Due to the nature of the lash business, if you have received product(s) that you believe are defective or damaged, please be sure to call 1.877.281.8484 or email [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your order.

TRAININGS


Training deposits are non-refundable due to the limited number of available seats in our training programs. Please note that the training deposit guarantees a space for you on the chosen date. Please take note that you must advise Xtreme Lashes Canada 10 days prior to the training date should you need to postpone or reschedule your training for any such reason. Failure to do so will result in a $150 reschedule fee that will automatically be applied to your training balance. The contents of our Lashista Kits are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
